Day 17

Happy Monday! I wish my enthusiasm for losing weight was as apparent as my good mood.  I need new ideas for recipes for lunch and dinner, because I find myself snacking when I should be consuming a healthier meal.  So, I'm going to take a few hours today scouring the internet, looking for tasty vegetarian meals.  I know...you say why vegetarian.  Well, I have a friend who only eats those meals and he's in perfect health, and has mad energy throughout the day.
