Day 3

So eating cereal for three meals-a-day didn't work: I need substance.  So I'm eating four smaller meals a day, and I track those meals on an app called Noom.  I'm able to divide my meals into three colors: green, yellow, and red.  You can imagine that green are low-fat low-calorie foods, yellow are spreads and juices, and red are meats and sugary foods.  I think I have it down pack, but this Noom app also has an exercise feature.  Here's where the story takes a turn for the worse...

I haven't exercised in weeks and today I don't have time because of an almost all-day obligation.  So what's a girl to do.  Tuesday I'm going to start walking at the neighborhood park and striking out within the neighborhood after I'm done.  Hopefully, I won't see any dogs or insects to detour my attempts at wholeness.
